How We Have Adapted: COVID-19 Prevention

Following the latest government announcements, unless information changes, we will begin working towards 4th July as our reopening date

Please be assured that at 3D-lipo Leamington, we have put in place a number of preventative measures to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission. These include extended time between treatments to allow for extra cleaning, including the regular cleaning rotas in place for disinfectant of all door handles, toilet facilities, and hard surfaces.

All staff at the clinic will be wearing full PPE, which will include masks, visors, disposable aprons and gloves, we will be the same friendly faces behind the masks, and will make sure that we put you at ease as much as possible.

The clinic has undergone a rigorous deep clean and re-decoration prior to re-opening. By the time the clinic re-opens, all staff will have completed training specific to the prevention of COVID-19 transmission.

All of our treatments will be delivered in line with the UK government guidelines and social distance will be maintained where possible. We will operate in compliance with all PPE guidance from Public Health England and NHS England.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR CLIENTS

Pre-Appointment

At the point of booking in you appointment, you will receive an email to outline all of the safety measures

that we have in place at the clinic.

 

Each client will receive a screening call 24 hours prior to their appointment- to confirm attendance, that they have received a copy of the new clinic safety guidelines, and that you are happy to attend your appointment, during this call, clients must notify us if they, or a member of anyone that they have been in contact with over the past two weeks, has had symptoms of coronavirus. Arrival

We are asking clients to arrive for their appointment on time and to avoid getting to the clinic too early. Please wait in reception, practicing social distancing with any other clients, until greeted by a member of staff who will greet you at your allocated appointment time.

We have reduced the number of seating in reception to allow for social distancing.

We are running a strict policy of no guests allowed. Please arrive at the clinic unaccompanied, with no children, or excess shopping bags.

All clients will be asked by their therapist to Sanitise their hands using the sanitiser provided, before going into consultation or treatment.

Each client (except those having facials) will be offered a facemask upon being greeted by their therapist, to wear for the duration of their visit to the clinic.

Our therapists will open all doors for clients

Upon completing treatment, clients will be asked to sanitise their hands using sanitiser provided, prior to leaving the clinic

We will no longer have any magazines or leaflets displayed in reception

We will no longer have drinks for clients to help themselves, upon being greeted by your therapist, they will offer you a bottle of water

Payment

During this time, we would prefer payment by card, but we can accept cash if necessary. Our card reader will be disinfected prior to, and after each client use.

We have marked an area around the reception desk to ensure that social distancing is maintained where possible.

Post Treatment

Should any client become unwell up to two weeks following treatment, please call the clinic to notify us, in order to enable contact tracing.
